Bongesha is operated by Bongesha Electronics in Kenya. By creating an account, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Bongesha and place orders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
- You may sign in using email/password, Google, or other supported methods.
Bongesha allows you to browse products, add items to your cart, and place orders for delivery or pickup. We may use your location (if permitted) to show relevant products, delivery areas, and pickup points using Google Maps and Places. Features also include order history, notifications, wishlist, chat support, and account settings.
- Orders may be paid via mobile money (M-Pesa) or other supported providers.
- Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not store full payment credentials.
- Prices may change and may include or exclude taxes depending on applicable law.
- An order is confirmed only when accepted and payment is successfully authorized. We may cancel orders for unavailability, pricing errors, or payment failure, and will normally refund amounts charged.
You may submit reviews, ratings, feedback, and chat messages. You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate the law or others' rights. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating Bongesha.

You may stop using Bongesha at any time and may request account deletion via in-app options or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Bongesha is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information will always be accurate. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bongesha Electronics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid via Bongesha in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
